What is BYOK?

BYOK means Bring Your Own Keys. You connect your own AI provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and Beezus orchestrates your agents using those keys. This means you pay your provider directly — Beezus never marks up inference costs.

What are credits used for?

Credits are a flexible currency for platform add-ons: adding extra agents beyond your tier limit, extra user seats, Beezus-hosted model runs, and AI support tickets. Credits are allocated monthly with your subscription and expire at renewal. Annual subscribers get a 10% bonus credit allocation.

What is the Founding Hive offer?

Anyone who signs up in April 2026 is part of the Founding Hive. Worker and Swarm tiers get 25% off a 6-month subscription or 40% off a 12-month subscription. This offer expires April 30, 2026.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Why is Scout annual-only?

Scout is our entry tier designed for long-term builders who want to start lean and grow. Annual billing keeps the price low and helps us keep the platform sustainable at that price point.

What happens if I exceed my agent limit?

You can add additional agents using credits (1 credit per agent per month). When you run low on credits, you can purchase top-ups or upgrade to a higher tier.
