We collect information to provide and improve our Service. The types of information we collect include:
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, company name, email address, password, and billing information (e.g., credit card details, which are processed by Stripe). This information is necessary to manage your account and provide you access to the Platform.
This includes all data, content, files, prompts, and inputs that you or your authorized users upload, transmit, or otherwise submit to the Platform, as well as the outputs generated by AI agents based on your inputs. We process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to comply with your instructions. We do not claim ownership over your Customer Data or AI-generated outputs.
We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, such as features used, time spent, agent configurations, and performance metrics. This includes metadata, log data, and aggregated statistics. This data is used to analyze usage patterns, diagnose problems, and improve the functionality and performance of the Service. We use Cloudflare Pages and Workers for infrastructure, which may collect standard access logs.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you access our Platform, including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referral URLs. This helps us ensure the security and stability of our Platform.
For billing and subscription management, we use a third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you make a payment, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:
We engage trusted third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf and to assist us in providing the Service. These include:
These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Beezus.ai LLC; (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public; or (d) protect against legal liability.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our Platform of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
We may share your information with other third parties when we have your explicit consent to do so.
Beezus.ai offers an optional Gmail integration that allows users to automatically import email receipts, invoices, and order confirmations into the Beezus finance module. This integration uses the Google OAuth 2.0 protocol and requests the gmail.readonly permission scope.
When you authorize the Gmail integration, Beezus.ai accesses your Gmail account solely to search for and read emails that appear to be receipts, invoices, or order confirmations, based on subject-line keywords you can review and configure. We do not read, store, or process any other emails in your account.
We extract and store only the following fields from qualifying emails: sender address, subject line, email date, and the plain-text body content used to identify vendor name, amount, currency, and transaction date. The original email is never archived or retained in full. Your Gmail OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored securely in our Cloudflare D1 database, associated only with your Beezus account.
Extracted receipt data is used exclusively to populate your Beezus finance ledger. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or shared with any third party other than Cloudflare (infrastructure) and Anthropic/Cloudflare Workers AI (structured data extraction). AI extraction is performed only on receipt-identified emails and only to parse financial fields.
You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Finance tab in your Beezus dashboard. Upon disconnection, your OAuth tokens are permanently deleted. You may also configure import rules to exclude specific senders or subject lines from being processed.
Beezus.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
A core function of the Beezus.ai Platform is the orchestration of AI agents. This involves the processing of your inputs (prompts) and the generation of outputs. We adhere to the following principles regarding AI agent data:
To ensure the security, integrity, and performance of our Platform, and to protect our intellectual property, Beezus monitors all platform interactions, including Customer prompts, inputs, agent interactions, and AI-generated outputs. This monitoring is conducted both automatically by our systems for abuse detection, safety, and policy compliance, and in limited circumstances, by human staff.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, and comply with our legal obligations. The precise retention periods depend on the type of data and our relationship with you. Upon termination of your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information in accordance with our data retention schedule and applicable law, subject to any legal requirements to retain certain data for a longer period.
We implement technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and employee training. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights concerning your personal information:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Beezus.ai LLC is based in the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or where we engage service providers. By using our Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws than those in your country. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Beezus.ai Platform is strictly a B2B service and is not intended for children under the age of 16. We have a strict "Zero Student PII" policy, meaning we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) from students or prospects. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
